The artistic rustic style makes them very special, thanks to the skillful mix of tiles and furnishings in pine, larch and fir from local woods. Two housing solutions are proposed: a studio apartment that can accommodate 2 people and a two-room apartment that can accommodate 3. The latter includes a separate bedroom with a single sofa bed. Both feature a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher included and satellite television. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a complete toiletry kit. Apartments Belsté anter prá in Colfosco joins the Dolomiti Superski promotions: Dolomiti Super Première, the Ski Start offer and Dolomiti Super Sun, the spring ski promotion. We also take part of the summer project Bike-Hike Alta Badia, which offers guided tours with road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, hiking and Nordic walking.
The prices are indicated per apartments per day (standard occupation). The prices are different for stays in season or in off-season.
The prices include:
VAT, outdoor parking, daily cleaning of apartament and bathroom, bed linen with weekly change, towels with mid-week change, Wi-Fi connection, ski/bike storage with boot dryer.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of € 1,40 per person aged over 14 and per day.
Supplements:
- we also accept small 4-pawed friends for an extra cost of € 8,00 per day.
Reservation and cancellation:
When confirming your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of € 200,00 per week within the following 6 days. The reservation is considered final only after payment of the required deposit. If the deposit is not paid within the mentioned terms, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation by tacit agreement. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Cancellation policy:
Stay in season (approx. June - September; December - April).
In case of cancellation of the reservation, within the following terms, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit:
- Summer season: the 1st of May
- Winter season: 15th September
In case of cancellation of the reservation after the 1st of May for the summer season and after the 15th of September for the winter season, the guest has the right to postpone the reservation to the current season, otherwise the outstanding amount of 80% of the stay will be due.
Stay off-season (approx. May, October and November)
In case of cancellation of the reservation after 15 days from our written confirmation, the deposit will not be returned.
Covid-19:
In case of closure of regions or borders, quarantine of us owner or the guest, the deposit will be fully returned.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
Arrivals and departures:
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (after 8:00 p.m. by request only);
- Check-out: within 10:00 a.m.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in our house.
Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house. Any damage to the property or its appliances will be charged.

Summer
The freedom to leave directly from the meadows surrounding the Apartments Belsté anter prá in Colfosco in Alta Badia is unparalleled. Summer in the Dolomites, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, is synonymous with outdoor activities for everyone. Walks suitable for strollers, such as the one that starts from our apartments towards Corvara, through the Borest, alternate with via ferratas and challenging itineraries to the peaks of the Sella, Sassongher and Fanes. And to face them in complete safety, rely on our mountain guide Manuel Agreiter and the guides of Hike & Bike.
Winter
You leave the house and you are on the slopes, directly on the Sellaronda. The dream of every skier. At the Apartments Belsté anter prá in Colfosco in Alta Badia it is pure and simple reality. The days in winter in Alta Badia are full and satisfying. With a 130 km ski area, perfectly integrated into the Dolomiti Superski, it could not be otherwise. Experts will love the Sellaronda or the Gran Risa, but there are also slopes for beginners. And to immerse yourself in a more intimate atmosphere, you can opt for snowshoeing in the surrounding woods, led by our ski instructor and guide Manuel Agreiter. We highly recommend it!
